Agility Robotics, the first pure-play humanoid robot stock in the US, lists on Nasdaq this week with backing from Foxconn and Nvidia
Agility Robotics will list on the Nasdaq on Thursday as AGLT after merging with SPAC Churchill Capital Corp. XI, leaving it with about $465 million in cash, including a roughly $201 million private placement led by Foxconn and joined by Nvidia, Amazon and SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Its Digit 5 humanoid is already being deployed in warehouses with GXO Logistics, with a manufacturing pilot under way at AGCO. As the first pure-play humanoid robot company to list in the US, the debut is a market test of whether humanoid robots are ready to move from demos to real commercial deployment.
