Multiple Linux kernel vulnerabilities were accidentally disclosed, with some scoring up to CVSS 9.0

Several new Linux kernel vulnerability reports submitted through Trend Micro's Zero Day Initiative were accidentally published to the public Linux kernel mailing list. The flaws span networking, file sharing, virtualized graphics and storage, with two SMB-related bugs scoring CVSS 9.0 and carrying remote-code-execution risk; some fixes have not yet landed in the mainline kernel. Why it matters: premature public disclosure exposes users before fixes are ready, and violates the kernel project's norm of coordinated private disclosure.
