Meta raised $15B in bonds to fund its AI build-out and drew $58B in orders, about 3.9 times the deal size, in line with this year’s major tech bond sales. Meta is projected to spend more than $740B on AI over three years, and now ranks third among Big Tech bond issuers since 2025 with about $70B raised. The deal matters because it shows debt markets are still willing to bankroll Meta’s AI infrastructure program at very large scale.
