Today, we're launching Perplexity Teammates. They are personal agents for work.
Perplexity has launched Teammates, personal agents that take on jobs proactively using tasks, skills, memory and tools, and can collaborate with each other and message coworkers in Slack. The launch shifts the model from writing prompts in a session to giving high-level goals. It is rolling out to Max users on the web today, with mobile and desktop apps coming soon — a sign that agentic AI is moving from chatbots toward autonomous coworkers.
