Meta reportedly plans to raise at least $20 billion in a cross-border investment-grade bond sale
Bloomberg reported on November 2 that Meta is considering raising at least $20 billion through a potential cross-border investment-grade bond issue, its first large bond sale in about six months after raising $25 billion in April. It would also be Metas first euro bond, with dollar bonds of 5 to 30 years and euro bonds from just over 4 to just over 38 years. It matters because Meta announced a financing plan worth up to $97.5 billion in late October, and Alphabet and Oracle are also raising large sums.
