Report: flying-camera pioneer Zero Zero Robotics valued at $1 billion, joining the unicorn club
Citing people close to the company, Leifeng.com reports that flying-camera pioneer Zero Zero Robotics has reached a $1 billion valuation in its latest round, becoming a unicorn. The company disclosed two rounds this year, including a Series D with Boyu Capital, Xianghe Capital and Delian Capital, plus a Series D+ round from an Ant Group affiliate, and insiders estimate fourth-quarter revenue of roughly 600 to 700 million yuan. Founded in 2014 by Stanford PhDs Wang Mengqiu and Zhang Tong, the company launched the Hover Camera Passport in 2016, the V-Coptr Falcon in 2019 and the HOVER X1 flying camera in 2022.
