Samsung and SK Hynix to Mass-Produce and Deliver HBM4 for Nvidia Starting Next Q2

Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix have reportedly set mass production and shipment of 8-layer HBM4 for Nvidia for around the second quarter of next year.
