NeuroXess announced a 700 million yuan Series B led by SDIC, Shenzhen Capital Group and Qinzhi Capital, with SMIC Fortune, IDG Capital and others joining. The funds will go to multicenter clinical trials and registration of its fully implanted, fully wireless, fully functional brain-computer interface system, a super-factory for mass production, and next-generation products including language and visual BCIs. The round matters because it is one of China's largest BCI financings and signals heavyweight cross-sector capital backing a push toward scaled medical use within two years.
