Anthropic's high-paying customers exceed 11,900, net revenue retention hits 900%
Anthropic disclosed that as of Sept 30, 2026, customers spending at least $100,000 a year exceeded 11,900, up from about 950 a year earlier, and net revenue retention was about 900%, meaning the same customers spent roughly 9 times more over a year. Over half of those $100,000-plus customers now use both the Claude platform and at least one Anthropic app, up from about 30% at end-2025. The figures matter because they show existing enterprises, not just new logos, are driving Claude's expansion after its October S-1 filing.
